Brazilian midfielder Casemiro will return from suspension when he plays for Manchester United.
Casemiro has undoubtedly been a crucial component of Erik ten Hag’s team ever since he joined from Real Madrid in the summer. He serves as the side’s bite, commanding force, and metronome, thus when the Red Devils are without him, the side appears drastically different.
Because of this, fans were quite upset when he was dismissed for the second time this season against Southampton earlier in March. They knew that a second consecutive dismissal would result in a four-game league suspension for the 31-year-old.
When will he return then? Read on to learn everything you need to know.
When will Casemiro be allowed to resume play?
On April 16, 2023, when United travels to Nottingham Forest, Casemiro will be permitted to play in the Premier League once more.
He will still be absent from the following two games as of right now:
Brentford (H) – 5th of April
Everton, April 8 (H)
The Rolls Royce of a midfielder won’t have played in England’s top division for more than a month at that point.
The Europa League matchup between Casemiro and Sevilla is possible.
If Casemiro plays in United’s Europa League match against Sevilla, he will be perfectly fine.
According to the regulations, European and national cup matches are unaffected by the ban.
