Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, may be without six players for the FA Cup final against Manchester City on Saturday. A number of stars have already been ruled out, and a few are questionable for fitness going into the game.
In their chase of a triple, City will try to be stopped in their tracks by United. After winning the Carabao Cup in February, Ten Hag has already claimed one domestic title in his first season playing for England’s national team.
A week before their Champions League final versus Inter Milan, the Red Devils are aware that they must perform at their highest level to defeat Pep Guardiola’s team. Ten Hag is aware that he won’t have his entire squad available to him at Wembley.

Donny van de Beek
Since the beginning of January, Van de Beek has been absent due to a knee injury. Ten Hag quickly declared him ineligible to play the rest of the season.
The international player from the Netherlands might be ready to go in time for preseason in July. It is uncertain whether United will be his long-term home.
Lisandro Martinez
For Martinez, Saturday will arrive way too soon. His campaign was cut short by a foot injury sustained in April.
There was a chance he may return in time for the Wembley competition. Ten Hag asserts that won’t be the case and that he’ll be welcomed back during preseason.
Marcel Sabitzer
Midway through May, Sabitzer hurt his knee, and he was subsequently sidelined for the rest of the year. It appears that the loanee’s last game for the team was played.
This summer, Sabitzer will be free to depart Bayern Munich. According to reports, United decided against making a permanent contract with him.
Antony
On Saturday, Antony has a chance to make the team. He hurt his foot during last Thursday’s victory over Chelsea.
Ten Hag is optimistic that he will be able to play this weekend despite the fact that he didn’t play against Fulham on Sunday.
Anthony Martial
Martial’s injury nightmare at United continues. The club revealed on Tuesday he has picked up a hamstring problem and won’t be available to play.
He made just 11 starts in the Premier League this season. The Frenchman has missed matches due to Achilles, back and hip injuries respectively this term.
Luke Shaw
Shaw is the likeliest to feature out of this list. He limped off with a back problem at half-time of the win over Chelsea.
The England star was named on the bench for the 2-1 win over Fulham but did not come on. Back issues can be tricky but Shaw will be in line to start if he gets through training this week.
