Rio Ferdinand, a former defender for Manchester United, believes that Chelsea’s budding star Levi Colwill has it all.

This season, Levi Colwill has been a crucial player for Chelsea, and Rio Ferdinand told Rising Ballers that he thinks the 20-year-old might play a significant role for England as well.
Colwill has played in each of the Blues’ seven Premier League games so far this season without missing a single one.
The central defender, who has really been playing left-back, was instrumental in helping Chelsea score their opening goal against Fulham on Monday. Mykhailo Mudryk received the assist.
It appears that Colwill will continue to play left-back for the time being because Ben Chilwell is anticipated to remain sidelined until December due to injury.
Future center defender for England
Colwill was a member of Gareth Southgate’s previous England team, but he has not yet earned a Three Lions cap. Ferdinand, however, believes that will alter.
The United veteran added of the Chelsea player, “I regard him as the England center-half in waiting because I think he’s got it all.
“I observe him at Brighton; he is composed, asked to play in a different manner, and immediately adapts. I believe he has a tremendous opportunity as long as he keeps focused, maintains a positive attitude, and continues to work on his game.
Levi Colwill is fully equipped.
Since Colwill is only 20 years old, it is not absurd to say that he is a fairly complete center-half.
The England international, who John Terry calls “brilliant” this season, is 6 feet 2 inches tall and has good ball control.
Colwill had the second-highest average of any player on the Brighton & Hove Albion roster, according to WhoScored, with 67.5 passes completed per game during the previous season.
Colwill has not been playing in central defense this season, of course. But it is clear to observe that the Chelsea player possesses the characteristics of a contemporary center-half.
