When The Rock was in the ring for the Smackdown show, WWE was obliged to cut to a black screen.
Following his unexpected comeback to wrestling, The Rock People’s Champion joined the TKO board, which oversees the UFC and the WWE.
After a tumultuous Las Vegas press conference in which WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns interrupted and confronted the Tribal Chief, he was originally scheduled for a breathtaking WrestleMania main event alongside his real-life relative. However, Rhodes is now aligned with his real-life relative.
Resuming his villainous character, Rock challenged WWE global champion Seth Rollins and Rhodes to a tag bout at the show of events on Friday.
However, throughout his and the Bloodline’s other members’ segments in the ring, there were several cuts to a blank screen.
And PWInsider claims that this is because a “DIE ROCKY DIE” sign was visible in the crowd the entire time.
Because the sign was directly in front of the hard camera, FOX, the network that hosts Smackdown every week, decided to censor it.
This has occurred on a WWE broadcast twice in the past week. The screen abruptly went black at the Elimination Chamber in Perth, Australia, when spectators appeared to make motions towards Dominik Mysterio.
When the Rock first started working for the WWE as Rocky Maivia, fans would yell “Die Rocky Die” at him and write it on signs.
He changed his act drastically in response to the criticism, winning over the fans, and rising to the top of the industry.
The Rock ran down Rhodes and the fans during his 30-minute Smackdown stint. He then issued a challenge for WrestleMania 1st night.
The Hollywood celebrity suggested that the Bloodline would not be allowed to participate in the main event of night two if Rhodes and Rollins prevailed.
