Kylian Mbappe has avoided the media all season, but on Wednesday night he finally spoke up. It has been stated that Real Madrid has been desperate to keep all of Mbappe’s activities under wraps until the summer. Nor was it what Los Blancos desired to hear.
Mbappe said that he had not yet made up his mind, but he assured the French media that “all parties are protected” regardless of what transpires with his future. Mbappe allegedly has until mid-January to respond to Real Madrid, according to reports.
Josep Pedrerol claimed that Mbappe’s remarks had not gone over well at the Santiago Bernabeu on El Chiringuito later that evening, as reported by Diario AS.
The remarks made by Mbappe have not pleased Real Madrid. Pedrerol stated, “They don’t want to get sucked into a season-long drama, and it seems Mbappe does.
The French forward is free to sign, and during the previous few years, he has operated under his own terms. The only two alternatives available to Real Madrid are to back out of a deal or play the game on Mbappe’s terms. The team has been eager to flip that power dynamic, but they will have to do it under the assumption that they are the option he wants above all others.
