The youngest son of Chris Eubank showed up in court this morning accused of raping a teenage girl on Brighton Beach.
The two offences that Joseph Eubank, 27, was charged with last year allegedly occurred on the evening of Friday, July 16, 2022, close to Brighton Palace Pier.
The victim, who is older than fifteen, has received assistance from Sussex Police specialists.
He merely spoke to confirm his name, age, and address this morning at Brighton Magistrates Court.
Eubank wore a black suit and a white t-shirt. His brother Chris Eubank Jr. and father Chris Eubank Sr. are both boxers.
He was informed by District Judge Richard Hall that the case would be transferred to Lewes Crown Court, where he will next appear for a preliminary hearing on February 8.
He was given a curfew between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m., subject to police doorstep checks, and was freed on bail with the requirements that he live and sleep at his house in Hill Drive, Hove, and that he not apply for travel documents to allow him to go outside of England and Wales.
