According to reports, at least three Premier League clubs are interested in signing defender Marc Guehi from Crystal Palace.
In a recent article, the Daily Mail claimed that Guehi, 22, is being watched by Tottenham, Arsenal, and Manchester United ahead of the summer transfer season.
Following a strong individual campaign, the 22-year-old’s interest is not entirely unexpected.
This season, Guehi has started every game for Crystal Palace in the Premier League with the exception of one, demonstrating his vitality to his team.
However, Palace must deal with the unwanted attention that comes along with such outstanding performances, and with the three clubs that are vying for his services, it may be difficult for the South London club to hang onto him through this season.
Former Chelsea player Guehi has played in 79 games for the team in all competitions during his two years with them, contributing five goals in the process.
The Eagles are reportedly open to hearing offers of at least £50 million for the young centre defender, which is the price Manchester United spent for former right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka in 2019 (Sky Sports). The young center-back still has three years left on his contract at Selhurst Park.
