Eyes on the Prize
Arsenal may soon require a new attacking option to come through the door.
Gabriel Jesus has indeed suffered an injury, and while it is not believed to be a major one, it does serve to show the lack of depth the Gunners have upfront.
Fortunately, it appears that Arsenal is looking at an attacker who is quite talented.
Fabrizio Romano stated on the Here We Go Podcast that Arsenal is still keeping an eye on Mohammed Kudus’ condition in the wake of Jesus’ injury. It sounds like this is something to keep an eye on.
Kudus monitored.
Romano revealed his knowledge of the £40 million Ajax star.
Mohammed Kudus is currently the subject of a lot of interest, and in the remaining weeks of the transfer window, he is undoubtedly a player to keep an eye on. To be notified of the agreement, Arsenal called two weeks ago, almost three weeks ago. Chelsea also gave a recent call. Both teams have been told about Kudus; now, let’s wait and see what happens with Gabriel Jesus’ injury at Arsenal. Arsenal is keeping an eye on the Kudus problem, but Arteta claimed it shouldn’t be significant because it’s only been two weeks.
GREAT OPTION
Arsenal should consider Kudus, and not just because Jesus is sidelined at the moment.
Although it seems funny, it feels as though the Gunners are almost half a man short in a few spots even though they have plenty of depth.
Although they don’t need a striker, they could certainly use one. The same is true for the right flank and attacking midfield positions.
Kudus could easily fill all three positions, and since Arsenal plans to compete on four fronts next season, rotation may be welcomed at the Emirates, so the player wouldn’t be frustrated by a potential lack of playing time.
This might be an intelligent addition to Arsenal.
