After defeating Everton 2-0 on April 8, the latter has not really played in the Premier League since.
To prepare for Saturday’s trip to Bournemouth, Man United trained on Wednesday with both the Scotland international and Rashford in attendance.
McTominay has continued to be a mainstay for the 20-time English champions this season, making 35 appearances across all competitions and contributing one assist to three goals.
While this is happening, Rashford has had his finest season with the team, making 53 appearances across all competitions while tallying 29 goals and 11 assists.
In his Friday media appearance ahead of the team’s journey to the Cherries, Red Devils head coach Erik ten Hag will give an update on the team’s physical condition.
Rashford and McTominay were there at Wednesday’s practise, though, so it’s possible that they’ll be back in the lineup for the team’s upcoming game.
