Thankful Transition: Manchester City Player’s Delight at Successful Exit Agreement
Nahuel Ferraresi has now consented to his permanent exit from Manchester City after six years of affiliation.
According to reports in Brazil, the defender will be purchased by Tricolour after having his loan at So Paulo extended until December.
Ferraresi expressed his satisfaction with the transaction to the club’s media outlets, according to statements cited by Globo Esporte.
“I’m glad because I desired that after I was hurt. I informed my agent and everyone around me that I wanted to heal here and stay here since I felt good because I knew once my loan ended, I wouldn’t be able to play here in So Paulo anymore. I feel happy, and I believe that a player benefits greatly when they feel at home.
“Thank God, everything came together to prolong the loan and allow me to once again play with the So Paulo jersey on the pitch. The truth is that I was welcomed here at the club. The coaching staff, the staff, the board, and the president all consistently supported me in staying.

In 2017, Manchester City acquired Ferraresi from Deportivo Tachira of Venezuela.
Since then, he has spent time on loan at several teams, including Montevideo City Torque, CF Peralada, Porto, Moreirense, Estoril, and ultimately So Paulo, where he joined last summer.
That indicates that despite spending six years with Manchester City, he never had the opportunity to play for Pep Guardiola.
The defender underwent surgery for a major knee injury last year, and So Paulo began pressuring Manchester City to extend the player’s loan at the club.
Ferraresi will no longer visit England after all parties reached a consensus.
