While Liverpool and Manchester United are rumored to be interested in 21-year-old Dutch midfielder Ryan Gravenberch, Bayern Munich is unsure whether they will contemplate selling him as the transfer market enters its last week.

The eternal champions of Germany haven’t decided whether to sign the player, according to The Athletic’s Raphael Honigstein, despite the fact that it is already very late in the summer transfer season.
Grvenberch was one of the most highly anticipated prospects in all of European football when he joined Bayern last summer, but he absurdly only played for less than 1,000 minutes in 33 games, or just 28 minutes per game.
These numbers reflect the fact that although playing rather frequently, Gravenberch nearly never started for Bayern, and on the few occasions when he did, he never played the entire 90 minutes.
Early in the summer, there were rumblings that he wanted to go because of the circumstances, but Bayern was reportedly opposed to the idea at the time. As a result, talk over his future generally died down until this past week’s fairly surprising resurgence.
