The England international was found guilty of breaking the betting laws, and as a result, he is currently suspended from playing football until January 17.
Despite this, a number of European clubs are reportedly interested in signing Toney due to the spectacular performances he had in the Premier League last season.
Last season, the England international scored 20 goals in 33 league games for Brentford, finishing third in league scoring behind Erling Haaland (36) and Kane (30).
Tottenham and Manchester United are both interested in signing Toney in January, as TEAMtalk previously reported.
However, it should be noted that Toney would love to sign for Arsenal. However, it’s not yet apparent if the Gunners would make a move for him.

Chelsea is ‘sure’ Toney will join them in January.
Football365 cites reports from Spain that claim Chelsea are “confident” of bringing Toney in for a January deal. Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly “still looking for a solution to his team’s goal-scoring issues.”
Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson are the Blues’ offensive partnership this season, however Nkunku will miss several months due to injury.
Jackson has started each of Chelsea’s first four Premier League games this year, and he has one goal in a 3-0 win over Luton Town.
However, Chelsea could surely use a seasoned Premier League striker to rival Jackson, so it’s not surprising they are exploring a deal for Toney.
After being linked with a move to Stamford Bridge over the summer, the article claims that the Blues are “already planning a strategy to reinforce their attacking line in January” and that Toney “has come up again in transfer talks.”
Despite his suspension, Chelsea believes that Toney is the answer to their goal-scoring woes and are prepared to wait for his return. They also believe that Toney’s presence might revitalize the squad in the second half of the season.
In light of this, it is highly likely that Chelsea will make a January offer for Toney. It remains to be seen if they can sign him before Tottenham and Manchester United, though.
