Three of Chelsea’s first team players’ injuries have been updated, according to manager Mauricio Pochettino.
As everyone is aware, Chelsea has experienced an abnormally high injury rate this season due to a series of unfortunate incidents.
I don’t think supporters would ever recall a period of time when they had to put up with so many player injuries over a prolonged length of time. All those associated with the club, particularly Pochettino, have found it quite frustrating.
Though that still sounds like a pipe dream at this point, he will hope that this season he will at least get to chose from a nearly totally healthy squad.
But this morning, via the Chelsea website, he has some excellent news regarding three active injured players.
It seems as though Carney Chukwuemeka, Ben Chilwell, and Benoit Badiashile will soon rejoin the team!
“Chukwuemeka, Badiashile, and Chilwell are players with whom we have a close relationship,” Pochettino continued.
However, the assessment must be seen daily before we can decide whether or not to include. However, we always rely on our knowledge to determine how well athletes are doing in training because they are so close.
