Following a recent observation of Ryan Gravenberch at the AXA Training Center in Kirkby, Liverpool star Diogo Jota has given his assessment of the athlete.
The Reds have been keeping an eye on the Dutchman for a very long time, but they didn’t complete a move until the transfer deadline day earlier this month. Gravenberch might now make his Liverpool debut the following day.
Ryan Gravenberch receives a verdict from Diogo Jota regarding Liverpool.
Did Liverpool have a noteworthy summer transfer window?
Early in the transfer window, the Reds made two outstanding acquisitions in Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai, but they later experienced sadness when Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia turned them down.
Wataru Endo was added shortly after, but Ryan Gravenberch from Bayern Munich helped Jurgen Klopp’s team close the window on a high note.
Now that the Dutchman has participated in a few training sessions, Jota is impressed.
When asked how he was adjusting, Gravenberch responded, “I think great,” according to Liverpool’s official website.
He obviously has two good friends—the Dutch players, who are now three—and they can support one another.
“Obviously, I haven’t seen him in person and have only worked with him for a few sessions, but you can already tell what a terrific person he is and how quick he is. He will likely be a further asset going forward, in my opinion.
