The new Premier League season has not started off well for Chelsea, but there is a lot of optimism that manager Mauricio Pochettino will soon turn things around and have his team scoring.

Four points in four games is simply not good enough for Chelsea at this juncture, even though the team and players are going through a significant transformation. They have a lot of young players and will take some time to gel, but results must also come despite the anticipated ups and downs.
Pochettino was deemed to be such a fantastic fit due to the fact that they have a large number of youthful players. We are aware that he is a wonderful manager for developing young players and is also a very good manager overall.
Take Levi Colwill‘s word for it instead of mine; he has been gushing about his new boss!
According to Colwill’s comments, which were published by The Daily Mirror today: “He is a terrific manager, truly makes me feel comfortable, and helps me to play my best game. I believe that since he joined the team, a lot has changed, and we now want to move forward.
“I believe the most significant moment for me was when he put an arm around me on the first day I was here, demonstrating to me his appreciation for both who I am as a person and as a player. That enables me to put up my best effort and motivates me to play well for him.
He demonstrates that there are two sides to everything, in contrast to most managers who might simply view you as a football player, which he doesn’t. I can play my best football when I do that. I am confident that I will advance. I promise you that. I need a manager like him who will push me and prevent me from taking vacation days.
If someone like me is allowed to fall asleep, my day could either be good or horrible. I need someone to give me a kick in the pants and tell me to keep going. He always acts in that way.
