It was just his second Arsenal goal. However, Oleksandr Zinchenko of Ukraine made sure that Premier League supporters wouldn’t quickly forget it.
At the Emirates, with a 2-1 lead over Burnley, the Gunners were awarded a corner kick in the 74th minute. The ball appeared in front of the Arsenal left-back Leandro Trossard, who took the kick and asked to be hit for the first time. Zinchenko stylefully scored a goal with his left foot, placing it on the left side of J Trafford’s net.

When Burnley equalised by Josh Brownill a few minutes prior, Arteta’s Arsenal took the lead again thanks to a header by William Saliba from a similar Trossard corner earlier in the 57th minute of play. Before the ball eventually moved in the direction of Zinchenko, another attempt by Saliba rattled the post.
Even though replacement Fabio Vieira was sent off seven minutes from the end, Arsenal was still able to hold onto their two-goal lead and win all three points.
