Former star of Bayern Munich, David Alaba is currently a defender for Real Madrid, and he acknowledged that he still follows his former team.
Naturally, I always keep up with FC Bayern. So far this season, they’re having a great time. Although they were eliminated from the Pokal, Alaba stated to Sport1 (as seen by @iMiaSanMia) that “they’ve been doing very well in the Champions League and in the Bundesliga.”
Alaba stayed safe when asked if Real Madrid or Bayern Munich will be the team more prepared for the Champions League.
That depends, in my opinion, on a lot of factors. Every squad is capable of winning the Champions League. Although there is still a long way to go, our ultimate goal is to be at the top,” Alaba stated, skillfully avoiding causing needless trouble.
Three of the strongest candidates for the Champions League title are, in the opinion of many analysts, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and Manchester City. It would not be remarkable to see any of those three superpowers emerge victorious, as Alaba noted. However, a lot can happen in the interim until the championship match at Wembley.
David Alaba: "Of course I'm always following FC Bayern. They're having a very good season so far. Yes they were knocked out of the Pokal, but they've been doing very well in the Champions League and in the Bundesliga"
