Tosin Adarabioyo, an 18-year-old former Manchester City defender, is anticipated to sign a free transfer to Chelsea from Fulham, according to remarks made by Pep Guardiola about the player.
With 41 league appearances, he was a key factor in Fuham’s championship victory in the 2021–2022 campaign.
Upon gaining confirmation as Chelsea’s manager, Maresca may make several additions, including Adarabioyo. Several players, notably Michael Olise and Benjamin Sesko, have been connected to the Blues since the end of the previous campaign.
Sesko is the talk of the transfer market thus far, and reports suggest that Arsenal is also considering hiring him. While Olise has been drawing interest from Manchester United as well, both teams will probably need to pay around £60 million to remove Olise from Crystal Palace.
He played on loan at West Brom and Blackburn Rovers before joining Fulham in 2020. In August 2016, Guardiola also gave a complimentary speech about Adarabioyo, who was then a teenager, underlining his potential for the first team and applauding his qualities.
